In accordance with the agreement between the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the United Nations Development Programme, in 2010 UNDP has assumed administration functions for the chernobyl.info website. The new webmaster address is: chernobyl.info@undp.org
Content and structure of the site are under review.

STATEMENT:

"Today more than seven million people are suffering due to the Chernobyl disaster. The effect of the radiation on millions of people is ethically unacceptable. There is no precedent in the history of mankind. It is thus the international community"s duty to look after these people."
